- 2-Year Parts Warranty: Gas lift.
- 1-Year Parts Warranty: Mechanism, base, and wheels.
# Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage caused by non-standard office activities, accidents, or rough use.
- Issues arising from improper handling or misuse.
- Noise from the chair & Rust issue on MS base: Not covered under warranty.
# Warranty Claim Process:
- The client must bring the chair or faulty parts to our service center to claim the warranty.
- Repaired items must be collected by the client.
- For customers outside Dhaka Metro: Courier charges apply for sending or receiving items.
# Home service:
- Available in select areas, subject to feasibility, with an applicable service charge.
# Product Lifetime Repair Services:
Repair services are available for the product’s lifetime (charges apply) if:
- The product or part is repairable.
- The product is brought to our factory.
Required parts are available, and our factory is operational.
