1. Refunds
We do not have cash refunds or direct returns on purchased items.
However, we gladly offer our customers the opportunity to exchange their newly purchased product for another item of equal value or higher (with the price difference to be paid by the customer).
All sales are considered final once the product is delivered.
2. Exchanges
You may request an exchange under the following conditions:
The product is defective, damaged during delivery, or an incorrect item was delivered.
The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Customized or made-to-order furniture.
Clearance or sale items.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper assembly after delivery.

5. Responsibility for Shipping
If the exchange is required due to damage, defects, or any mistake on our part, Horizon Furniture will cover all related shipping costs.
For other valid exchange requests, the customer may be responsible for delivery charges
