Warranty Terms and Conditions

# Warranty Coverage:

• 2-Year Parts Warranty: Gas lift.
• 1-Year Parts Warranty: Mechanism, base, and wheels.

# Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage caused by non-standard office activities, accidents, or rough use.
• Issues arising from improper handling or misuse.
• Noise from the chair & Rust issue on MS base: Not covered under warranty.

# Warranty Claim Process:

• The client must bring the chair or faulty parts to our service center to claim the warranty.
• Repaired items must be collected by the client.
• For customers outside Dhaka Metro: Courier charges apply for sending or receiving items.

# Home service:

• Available in select areas, subject to feasibility, with an applicable service charge.

# Product Lifetime Repair Services:

Repair services are available for the product’s lifetime (charges apply) if:

• The product or part is repairable.
• The product is brought to our factory.

• Required parts are available, and our factory is operational.
