Use a mild soap and water solution if necessary, testing first on a discreet area. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or bleach.
Base & Frame: Wipe down the metal base and plastic components with a soft, dry cloth. Check the stability screws every six months and tighten them if necessary.
Casters: Periodically check the 50mm caster wheels for trapped hair or debris. Clean them out to ensure smooth, effortless rolling.

- For customers outside Dhaka Metro: Courier charges apply for sending or receiving items.
# Home service:
- Available in select areas, subject to feasibility, with an applicable service charge.
# Product Lifetime Repair Services:
Repair services are available for the product’s lifetime (charges apply) if:
- The product or part is repairable.
- The product is brought to our factory.
