Maintenance and Care
To keep your FLEX ergonomic office chair in pristine condition and ensure its longevity, please follow these simple care steps:
Mesh & Fabric: Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment weekly to remove surface dust from the mesh backrest. For minor spills, gently blot the affected area with a clean, damp cloth. Use mild soap and water sparingly, always testing on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid harsh chemicals.
PU Leather Seat: Wipe the seat cushion with a soft, slightly damp cloth regularly. For deeper cleaning, use a dedicated PU leather cleaner. Keep the chair away from direct heat sources and sunlight, which can dry out and crack the material.
Base & Frame: Wipe the metal base and plastic parts with a dry cloth to prevent dust build-up. Periodically check all bolts and screws (every six months) and tighten them to maintain the chair’s structural integrity.
Casters: Inspect the BIFMA-certified 50mm caster wheels occasionally for any tangled hair or debris. Clean the casters to ensure smooth and easy rolling motion.

- Noise from the chair & Rust issue on MS base: Not covered under warranty.
# Warranty Claim Process:
- The client must bring the chair or faulty parts to our service center to claim the warranty.
- Repaired items must be collected by the client.
- For customers outside Dhaka Metro: Courier charges apply for sending or receiving items.
# Home service:
- Available in select areas, subject to feasibility, with an applicable service charge.
# Product Lifetime Repair Services:
Repair services are available for the product’s lifetime (charges apply) if:
- The product or part is repairable.
- The product is brought to our factory.
