Maintenance and Care
To maintain the distinguished look and feel of your PRESIDENT managerial chair, follow these simple guidelines:
PU Leather: Dust the chair regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For cleaning, use a dedicated PU leather cleaner or a very mild, non-detergent soap solution on a damp cloth. Wipe dry immediately. Avoid excessive moisture, chemical solvents, or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish. Keep the chair away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent the material from drying out or cracking.
Foam/Cushion: To maintain the longevity of the high-density cold semi-rubber foam, avoid standing on the chair or sitting abruptly.

# Warranty Claim Process:
- The client must bring the chair or faulty parts to our service center to claim the warranty.
- Repaired items must be collected by the client.
- For customers outside Dhaka Metro: Courier charges apply for sending or receiving items.
# Home service:
- Available in select areas, subject to feasibility, with an applicable service charge.
# Product Lifetime Repair Services:
Repair services are available for the product’s lifetime (charges apply) if:
- The product or part is repairable.
- The product is brought to our factory.
- Required parts are available, and our factory is operational.
